To support faculty transitioning from Zoom and Poll Everywhere to Microsoft (MS)Tools for instruction, we shifted the focus of our workshops in Winter and Spring 2025 from digital pedagogy to a more practical approach centered around MS tools. The workshops were developed in collaboration with SPU IT specifically to help faculty navigate this transition.

We’ve offered both in-person and online workshops covering the transition from Poll Everywhere to MS Forms, essential Microsoft Teams Meeting features for teaching, and a more strategy-informed session titled Interactive Teaching with Teams Meetings, which drew on current research and engagement practices.

If you weren’t able to attend or if you’d like a refresher, recordings of these sessions are available below to review or share with colleagues. We’ve also developed a series of step-by-step Wiki Guides to help you get started and navigate essential features.

If you have any trouble playing the videos below, you can also access the full playlist of all workshop recordings on Microsoft Tools.
