Venture International arranges a meeting between the Board and the Faculty LGBTQIA+ Task Force in order to increase mutual understanding and trust. Topics included what each group felt the other has done well in the past 3-5 years, specific behaviors needed to demonstrate “faith, civility, mutual respect and value for each other when there are issues of deep agreement,” and what impact we want SPU to have in the coming five to ten years.
